These SMS Terms & Conditions govern Practado's text messaging program. By checking the SMS consent box on any Practado form, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Program and sender
Practado (Qurashi LLC) is the sender of all messages in this program. This is a customer care program for Practado's own leads and customers — it does not cover messages sent by or on behalf of any other business.
Consent to receive texts
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring customer-care and account-related text messages from Practado at the number provided, including automated messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can use Practado without opting into texts.
Types of messages
- Replies to inquiries you submit through our forms.
- Consultation and appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders.
- Onboarding, account, and service notifications.
- Website and content updates, and content approval requests.
- Support conversations with your Practado specialist.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the conversations you start with us. You will not receive recurring marketing blasts through this program.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Practado does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out — reply STOP
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number. To rejoin, reply START or submit a new form with the SMS box checked.

Supported carriers
Our messaging program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliates. Carrier support may change without notice.
Privacy
We use your mobile number only to send the messages described here and to operate your account. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information only to service providers that help us operate and deliver the messaging program, as necessary to provide the requested communications, or when required by law. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
