These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Practado. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Practado is a $299/month subscription that builds and runs your online presence: website, content, social media, Google Business Profile, leads, calls, texts, and reviews. Billing is monthly, month-to-month, cancelable at any time.
What we provide
- A live website on your domain, hosted and maintained.
- Content creation and publishing across the channels listed above.
- A dashboard showing leads, activity, and your published work.
- Ongoing operation of your online presence for as long as you subscribe.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and rights to any materials you supply.
- Only ask us to publish lawful, non-infringing content.
- Grant and maintain the account access we need to operate your services.
- Respond to approval requests where you've opted into approval mode.
Content approval and ownership
You own your domain, your accounts, and the content published under your name. Practado retains ownership of its underlying platform, templates, and tooling. You may operate under an approval workflow or authorize us to publish automatically.
Fair use — calls and texts
Your subscription includes reasonable, fair-use allowances for AI-answered calls and SMS follow-up. Usage that materially exceeds those allowances is billed as overage at clearly-communicated per-message and per-minute rates. We notify you before you incur significant overage.
No guarantee of results
Practado does not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volumes, revenue, or other business outcomes. Search, social, and advertising platforms are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Practado is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination and handover
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. On termination we perform a clean handover: your domain, published content, and connected accounts remain yours.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
